All consulting, advisory, and implementation services are provided under a separate written agreement (statement of work). Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer; submitting a contact form or booking a call does not create a client relationship.

All Site content, including the Demand Wolf name, brandmark, and wordmark, is owned by Villaloboz Consulting LLC. You may share links to public pages. Do not redistribute, modify, or use our marks without written permission.

The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, pipeline, or other business results. Forward-looking statements reflect our judgment at the time and may change without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Villaloboz Consulting LLC and its principals are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
